I have a problem with my battery cell reaches a 93% jump to 0% and off, someone could tell me how to fix it or what's wrong?

Witht he information supplied, I can advise that this is likely related to a software issue, in this case unfortunately I can only advise that you perform a software repair on the device. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps

already try this but it tells me there is no software available for my phone, there is another option to repair it?
