I wanted to change one of the notification tones and had a couple of options come up in a little window with ALWAYS and JUST ONCE at the bottom. I accidentally pressed always and now the option I chose is always used. What I can't find out is how to change that back so I have a option again of what application to open.<BR />Hope that makes sense.
