How to enable internet setting

Hi, I have a new sony xperia (c1605) E dual, and I could not use its internet. I have already downloaded the settings provided

by my network carrier but still, it always says, there is no connection. upon calling my network, they told me that the settings for this handset is not yet available to them, and i must contact my handset provider...I tried the wifi also and the same thing happen, Im not sure if this handset's internet has been enabled.

Wifi does not work also?You do not need internet settings for wifi.

unfortunately wifi doesnt work too. it kept saying no network connection.

yep since its my 2nd option . at first i downloaded my network settings and it didnt work. i even use and downloaded xperia's internet settings many times and all ive got is this message "please access sonymobile.com from your computers web browser to get the correct settings as well but to no avail. i also tried APN tweaker but all failed.

Are you sure there isn't a proxy blocking the connection?
