1.when we get updates?

2.how to update my phone

a.use PCC

b.use SUS

c.bridge for mac

d.use OTA(it may not avalaible for you)

3.update is unleashed but for me says that i have latest update

wait..it take time to update hit you device(depand on country and network provider)

4.SUS\PCC wont find my phone

you are using win8\8.1 run them under compatibility mode with win7 X86

5.after update my phone turned off and wont turn on again\a problem appeard and update proccess didnt complete and my phone died

connect your phone to wall charger..open back cover..push and hold OFF button with tip of pen until phone vibrate 3-times..let to charge for 3hours after that perform a software repair via SUS

6.what about kitkat?

no one knows..keep an eye on SONY blog or ask sony

7.i have updated my phone to 4.3 (0.206\1.201) and my phone gets laggy-slow-minilag-etc..

a.first after update perform factory reset(better to do it after any update)

b.if no avail the use software repair via SUS

c.disable chrome,remove your exchange account

8.i backed up my phone but now i cant restore them

if you backed up your phone on 4.1.2 you cant restore it on 4.3 better to dont use phone to backup..use PCC also backup your media files manually

9.none of above suggestions didnt work,i want to downgrade

here..beware that may void your waranty

10.how to take screen shots?and where is developer options?

push volume down + power button at same time and hold goto setting>about phone>tap 7-8times on build number

11.camera pics are blury or noisy

if its apear on superior mode then try to take photo on manuall you can adjust ISO,HDR,WB,Exposed value you will find out how to use them propely in any conditions

12.how to change superior mode picture size?

you can't

13.walkman sound get lower and higher,also bass boot will reduce vocal

its a harware limit or better say its a some kind of normalizer you cant do anything about that( i know its very annoying)

14.everything got duplicated on SD card

copy one of each file\folder to your pc..format SD copy back your data to SD

15.how to move apps to SD

you can't

16.when phone is charging screen wont show up

its a bug..no sollution till now

17.have a sound problem..sounds get too low,else

goto setting>apps>all>find smart connect and sound enhancmet cleac cache and data force stop and reboot phone

18.when phone is in flat surface touch wont respond \ while charging phone touch not respond

seems in new SW(1.201) problem gets solved

19.i push power button but screen will get gray and wont show up

its a bug in latest 4.1.2..problem soved in 4.3

20.im on UK and didnt get update since others get it

there is somthing wrong with UK that they will get updates much after others in world get it just wait

21.a game is crash..this game is not a big deal but crash

22.i want to set illumation bar as i want

use 3rd party apps,light flow,illumation bar are good apps

23.walkman lock screen widget wont show up when i listen to music

uninstall smart key app

24.i havn't switch languages in keybord

you will not get that bottun if you chosed languagages like (english-italian-germany-etc) phone try to determine wich language you are typing and give suggestions

25.an app acting wierd\crash\force close\wont respond it worked before

goto setting>apps>all>find that app clear cache and data force stop

26.i have low WI-FI range

that problem fixed in 4.3

27.bravia engine 2 doesnt work for album

yes..it wont work on 4.3 and no soluttion till now

28.adapte to ligh condition dosnt work

use 3rdparty apps

29.top part of screen wont respond

try software repair it may help stop by a repair center

30.i have screen flickering all the time

a.reduce backlight\turn off adapted to light comdition(in some cases it solved problem)

b.downgrade to 4.1.2 (see 9)
