When it was setup you should have been asked a security question - So if you enter the wrong code 5 times you should be asked for the answer to this question - If that fails then your only option to perform a system reapir - For a MAC you need to use Bridge found here http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/bridge-for-mac/
