My smart watch started having problems a few months after purchasing it. It seemed to be overheating from inside to an extent that the USB port cover fell off. I contacted Sony South Africa would directed me to a repair centre but took forever to provide me with their address. The centre said I'll need to get the watch replaced. I bought the watch in Korea and they will want to play the warranty card now to avoid liability. Why are Sony customers being treated like this?

The company is posting loses yet it keeps ill treating its customers. Other brands are being smart about this:

http://www.news24.com/Technology/News/Samsung-promises-SA-fast-smartphone-repair-times-20140516 Samsung promises SA fast smartphone repair times (via @News24)

It can't be that difficult. Make believing that we will always tolerate this is very dangerous.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/ly83l0u6fyywaoz/DSC_0464.JPG

https://www.dropbox.com/s/m4n750vw2flg1ye/DSC_0462.JPG

Wake up Sony.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

Any ideas on what could be happening? It looks like it's peeling internally. Has there been similar issues anywhere else?
