after softwareupdate performence problem

i have two xperia SP

one with Build Nummer 12.0.A.2.254

and one update to 12.1.A.1.205, after the update i have problem with performence and some tools are better in the old version

on http://sport.orf.at/ the livestream 10:00 pm - performence problem

at the same time, same provider, same telephone model but old version - no problem

i look at both telephone at the same time

how can i get return to the old software.
