&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to boot the phone without the SIM-card? You can also try to boot the phone into safe mode to see if you experience the same behaviour:&lt;BR /&gt;talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But if there is no improvement, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via PC Companion:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phone/tablet software &amp;gt; Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) &amp;gt; Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My problem is solved :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I start my phone in fastboot mode and flash the kernal JB .96 &amp;amp; then started my phone again , all problem solved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
