&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you first try clearing the data from the Walkman application.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Menu &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; Walkman &amp;gt; Clear Data&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once this has been done, try using as per normal.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;let us know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello sir,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; in &amp;nbsp; my sony experia j &amp;nbsp;walkman player when i open in first time in daily the equalizer not support.we change the preset they have no effect.again we switch off and on the device it will work perfectly.how to rectify this problem.give me the solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
