Walkman player problem

hello sir,

in my sony experia j walkman player when i open in first time in daily the equalizer not support.we change the preset they have no effect.again we switch off and on the device it will work perfectly.how to rectify this problem.give me the solution.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you first try clearing the data from the Walkman application.

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Walkman > Clear Data

Once this has been done, try using as per normal.

If the above does not help,try settings-apps-all-sound enhancements,force stop and clear data.
