topic Xperia T won't charge whilst off. in XPERIA archive

Well, it's a lot more than just that.

It won't charge whilst it's off, but when I turn it loads up, the cosmic flow bit starts up after the Xperia logo, it does this for 2 times then it vibrates, the screen goes off then it does the same except this time it goes onto the lock screen.

It will immediately start the powering off process.

It shows a red light just when the first cosmic flow animation starts, then it starts flashing when the second starts.

I've managed to get it charging for a bit, that went up to 3% then powered off. It's like the starting process is draining the bit of battery immediately and with it not charging whilst off, this is a MAJOR problem.

Before hand the battery drained to 0% whilst I was out.

I left it for around 8 hours to charge whilst I slept to no avail.

I can't use SUS due to the fact it automatically disconnects from the laptop.

I've tried 3 different chargers, it happens with all three of them and two different laptops. I've tried with the original Sony Xperia T charger and two BlackBerry chargers.

Is there anything I can do myself? Is it the software causing this problem or is it the battery?

Just hit me, I couldn't even connect it with SUS as it wouldn't even detect I was holding down the volume down button, unless it's because it needs charge. Could this mean it's a software problem.
