I used pc companion you install it when you first connect your phone to the computer maybe something wrong with the computer my phone works brilliantly just some software issues and I was just asking if anyone can shed any light on how I can view the files when you back up your phone contents and as I said I have something wrong with media go on pc companion and I'm just waiting for someone to say get yourself a new hardware for the computer it runs window xp professional but I don't think it's legal copy of windows cause we had problems in the pass with it took it too a computer shop and they fixed it but when I run Windows update it asks for the product number to verify I've put the number that came with the computer but it doesn't recognise it so could it be my computer in the first place or is there another program I can use to back up my phone?
