    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just bought the xperia z2 yesterday and honestly very very dissapointed after oepning the box. Feeling very cheated. The main reason I was upgrading from Z to Z2 was the active noise cancellation mic that was all over the internet and had looking forwarded to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when the box was opened it had a very basic headset not even an in ear headset. After paying 50K for a device i fealt cheated since nothing was mentioend on the box or anywhere for that matter. Its hit me by surprise in worst possbile way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that how sony wants intends to sell the device I would like to return the device under not satisfied grounds and request for a refund. Please let me know what whats the process.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Well it's your own fault now isn't it? When you bought it, did you bother to ask the reseller if there's any headsets inside the box? You assumed every Xperia Z2 box comes with a noise-cancelling headset, but that is a flawed assumption. Mine came without it, because mine came with the Smartband and Magnetic dock charger. It's your own fault for not checking up on it first, so you can't refund it. If it's Sony's fault, then yes you can refund. But you assumed yourself that all the Xperia Z2 came with noise-cancelling headsets, and Sony didn't mention that at all. Nowhere did Sony mention that their Xperia Z2 will ALWAYS come noise-cancelling earbuds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want one, just buy one, no need to participate in the arduous process of submitting a ticket, returning and refnduning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I personally think that accesories included in the package may varies upon the market. As what it is in Thailand, there are only regular earphone included. Also those who pre-order will also be getting a magnetic dock charger. Therefore, there are very little accesories came in with the box. Not to mention the phone costs 739 USD with such little amount of what you get.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I did not get any dock. But I did get the crappy 1 dollar earphones &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":anguished_face:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":anguished_face:"&gt;😧&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; .&lt;BR /&gt;And i also got the wristband, I have used it once, when I was on a party and waited for an important call. But that is probably the only time it will be used, somebody want to change for a dock?</description>

      <description>Package really varies by market. Sometimes setting your expectation a bit lower seems to help. I was already expecting ordinary headphones when I got my Z2 box. Turns out, it came from Taiwan so there's the high-quality NC headset. Good for me! Ü</description>
