Swr10 connection problems

Hello to all!

Just bought a new SWR10 wristband for my ZP998 Zoppo phone.

I have recently upgraded to Kit Kat and as far as I can see, it supports BT 4.0 LE.

My problem is that I can install the Smart Connect, I can install the SmartBand one, I can pair with the BT (as an input device), but I can use the SmartConnect app. I mean, I choose New Device, but I have either None or the usual three (headphones, charger) and when I open the BT panel, I can't choose the SWR10.

Needless to say, I don't even get to the SWR app.

try to pair from inside the app.

also try different apps. because it's ANT+ compatible apps from the most big OEMs should work. just try it.

I have it problem too

SmartBand not exists in SmartConnect

zp998 KK 4.4

Any help?

So, I' ve got news. It seems that the problem is the Smart Connect program, since:

- the SWR10 is paired with the bluetooth settings. I have also paired my Honda HFT and my PC, which has bluetooth support.

- the SWR10 shows up on the Smart Connect add device, but when I tap, nothing responds. Oddly enough, the HFT seems to interact, although it seems to have no use.

- the SWR10 shows up and on this program: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.itmp.icardio.app

which has ANT+ support, as suggested. It interects on my tap, although it is not supported.

I have also tried to connect with the swr10 app installed.
