    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to install media go onto my computer but i just get a message which says you must have the latest version of windows media player installed.As i have the latest version installed i do not know what to do next.I have shut of my firewall and tried but the same message appears.Ihave tried downloading from PC Companion but it goes for ever without anything happening.Can anybody help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry i took so long to answer.I tried to download&amp;nbsp; Media player again with no sucess.Ithen had a chat with a Microsoft advisor and he thinks i have some corrupted files that are preventing the download.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
