4.3 update bleep

Hi everyone,
Few days back I updated my xperia m with android 4.3 , I failed to update my xperia first time due to some internet issues. Then I go to service centre for latest update because my xperia hanged on Sony . After 1 day I got my xperia back from service centre but on the same day after few hours my xperia got the same problem. Moreover tmrw I am going for the third time to get the software update due to my phone got the same problem. Can somebody help me out or suggest me something that what is the main problem with my device. Is it any software update issue or something else.
