&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about your phone. I would suggest that you connect your phone to a charger for at least 2 hours. Then press and hold the volume up and power button until the phone vibrates and try to start it normally by press and hold the power button for a few seconds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here's what's happening:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My phone died.&amp;nbsp; I turned it off normally, and when I tried to power it back on, it just sits there and does nothing.&amp;nbsp; I've tried power+volume, the red hard reset button, both do nothing&amp;nbsp; When I plug it into the computer Windows recognizes a device, but then returns an error, claiming it was unable to retrieve the device descriptor.&amp;nbsp; The PC Companion software doesn't recognize the phone either.&amp;nbsp; For a minute I thought it may be stuck in flashmode, but there's no LEDs lit up.&amp;nbsp; What can I do??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
