    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you upgrade from one version of android to another, then some files need to be changed. Backing up never takes the backup for installetion file, it takes the backup of all installed one. So changing android can create a problem. Its natural.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I backed up my phone twice today before.a reset, on the internal backup app and also an external one. Internally I backed it up to my sd card, externally I backed it up to Dropbox. Both said finished successfully. Now I can't restore either they both fail with no explanation please help, I can get photos, contacts and apps through other means but lost all text messages, any other way of getting these back??</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not sure you will be able to recover them,one way would be to rename the file from .dbk to .rar or .zip.See if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
