Camera Video Auto Focus Issue

Im a proud owner of Xperia Z2 from India.
My main idea of purchasing Xperia Z2 was the 4K video facility.
it attracted me a lot..but once i started using it...quality is just acceptable and the continuous auto focus is really annoying...even when nothing moves in the frame the camera just make it focus again and again...this makes some worst videos after all...only main thing i expect Sony to do is Touch focus option for video..that will help to make some great videos..also make it but sharper.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing. I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

i tried updating the firmware...its now . 402 but still it doea the same..tried using my friends Z2 the problem remains the same for him.i think its a firmware issue that can be solves usung next best update. so please make the devoloper team aware of this issue.

I'm having excactly the same problem on FW 17.1.2.A.0.314 and Timeshift video. Autofocus keeps pumping all the time. The videos are useless.

The same problem on my new Xperia Z2 witch updated firemware. Autofocus worsens the quality of recordings.
