I've bought SBH80 from SONY store and been using it for 6 months but since past one month there were problems about Bluetooth connection:

When I was listening to the music and put my Xperia Z1 phone in my jeans the connection was very unstable the song dropped many times.

This including the phone call.

I've test with many bluetooth devices and indicates that the problem was from SBH80.

Is there any Diagnose method to this problem? What should I do?

Hi everyone!

Yes, same problem here: if I put my phone in my trousers the connection will drop, the music and the conversation will be very bad quality. If I put the SBH80 10cm away from the phone the error seizes...

However this was not always the case! I have been using my SBH80 for a month already with the very same Samsung Galaxy S5. Was always working like a charm!

PLEASE HELP!!!
