problem with loudspeaker

Hi everyone ! First of all, excuse me for my language, I'm a french and I don't speak english very well.
So, my problem is that I can't watch any video (on YouTube or on the internet), I can't listen musics with the loudspeaker. It work perfectly with the headphones. But, when I have a sms or phone call or notification (Facebook, Twitter, even the alarm), the loudspeaker work. I rebooted my phone several times, it's still not working. I hope someone can give me a solution, I use this phone since 2 or 3 weeks. Thank you everyone, good bye 😉

I will try tomorow with pcc and sus (it's midnight here^^)

Download Xperia Diagnostics app from the Play store and run the tests...If the problem still exists do the steps mentioned above..keep us updated

So, I did the test with Xperia Diagnostics. The problem still exist, with the second test in the "sond" catégory. So I tried to use PCC, but I don't know what I have to do with PCC (my phone is update). I tried SUS but theXperia SP doesn't appear in the choice of the phones. I don't know what I should do. Restore the factory settings, call Sony...

Go to Pc Companion in the Support Tab...after you will see saying repair phone...connect your phone and follow the steps...dont forget to make a backup first

I did it. Problem still exist.

And an other problem exist, I didn't know it. When someone call me, I can't here him by the speaker near the ears, but I can here him with the loudspeaker. I seems like my phone think that a headphone is still plugged...

Go to settings >sound >volumes >music, video, games & other media then slide the bar to max.

Hello everyone. I did all your solutions, but none worked So, I called sony France and they told me to bring my phone to a local service, I'm wakting my phone back now^^ thanks to everyone took time to help me 😉

I have had the similar problem. playing music and watching video without hearing anything from phone. the same in the internet or youtube, only with headphones it works. But have you trired to take off the headphones while you listen to music with it???

Do you root or flash the phone before the problem happens? If yes, do it again.

Try to safe model to check if it caused by the 3rd APP you have installed.
