    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;lately I encountered an abnormal home screen as shown below, I have the whatsapp set to notification on screen&amp;nbsp;pop up, stamina mode ON, running 'alpha'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;wallpaper apps. It happened after returned from screen off. As you can see, I can't click the "close / View" as it is below the folder icons.&amp;nbsp;only way is to restart the phone. It is not repeatable and not frequent.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Touch on shortcut apps which you dont need and if possibe, all the apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just grab them to delete icon which comes below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then see the diffrence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, it does not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As the entire system already thinks the pop up message is below the icon layer, scrolling to a screen without any icons still can't click (I remember).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then the last way for you is to backup whole of your data and do a factory data reset.:P&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try to go to Apps/all/ Xperia Home and Clear data (Beware because all customisation to home screen will reset) so you can try this before factory reset..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
