Charging Problem

I also faced likely problem i.e. through all chargers(samsung, even sony xperia SL) mine mobile is charged normally but through mine new second original adapter charger the mobile can't charge. Even the mobile charges normally through USB-PC cable. So i can't understand the exact problem behind this? But yesterday i gave my mobile to SONY service center for repairing but they tell me that the motherboard may be changed. Is the problem can be solved by changing the motherboard?

Yes,it should be fixed,but it is recommended to use original chargers.

But Alexdon, the problem can be solved through reinstalling the software and by replacing the adapter. Actually the SONY service center gave my phone after reinstalling the software and they said no hardware issue. Now the charging problem is solved and definitely i use original SONY chargers but if this problem occur again in future then definitely it's a hardware issue. Hope for the best. Thanks!

Again the same problem happens, even the mobile software is reinstalled and the adapter is new, but the charging problem remains the same.The new adapter charged the mobile normally just two times, then same problem happens. The mobile can't charge with the new adapter too and mobile is charged normally through USB-PC. But the strange thing is that the mobile is charged normally through sony xperia SL charger. Both mobiles have same adapter models and power consumption. And one thing more this mine adapter is original and third time replaced by Sony service center. What happens to my Sony Xperia L, even the Sony service center can't judge the exact problem.

What output does the SL adapter have?

It' the same input and output of adapter of both mobiles xperia L as well as xperia SL. Input for SL is 100-240VAC and output is 5.0VDC=850mA.

Now finally SONY service center decide to change the motherboard of mine Xperia L. Even though they didn't know that after changing the mother board the charging problem may or may not be solved. Again wait for one week. Can anybody suggest that after changing the motherboard the problem is solved or not? And i think after changing the motherboard the IMEI no. of mobile is also changed. So in future the original bill IMEI no. differs with the new IMEI no. So again a new problem arise?

The IMEI might not be changed with the motherboard,depending on how they work.They might have motherboards for parts replacement and not for production.

There is something unusual happening as my phone discharges.It discharges normally upon usage upto 45% depending upon usage and then starts decreasing at frantic pace.From 45 to 30 in 10minutes even when it's idle.I have tried the stamina mode too and I'm not using any task killers.what shall I do?

Today's breaking news that the charging problem is not solved even by changing the motherboard , strange. Now the only solution is to replace my phone with new one by the SONY Co. otherwiase i sue the company .
