I'm sorry to hear that but since its a hardware issue, you will have to stop by your local Sony Xperia Care

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

power button

I have an Xperia Miro and for some reason, the power button is no longer working. This means that I can't switch off my phone but also that when the screen goes to sleep, I can't use my phone to do anything. I can take a call when it is incoming as obviously that makes the screen "active" but this is a real nuisance.

I'm nowhere near any phone dealerships so has anyone any ideas as to what the problem could be?
