Tracking order code not working

I went onto my orders to get my tracking code for my phone that I will be recieveing in a few days but it doesn't work. When I click on the link it has given me to track my order it redirects me to a page saying that website doesn't exist. When I manually type my order code into the Royal Mail website it says that the order number doesn't exist? I am wondering if there is anything I could do? Thank you

Are you sure it's Royal mail and not Myhermes, Yodel or even DHL

I'm pretty sure it is royal mail as that is where the link directs me but the page doesn't load. I have tried the other options you have given me and none of them work. Thank you.
