Wrong pattern phone blocking

i've blocked my phone via wrong patter entering few times and i found that too many ppl over the Internet had the same problem

after phone blocking it request ID and password of google mail, but DOES NOT accept it and gives wrong pass error

now i have my phone blocked and i want to have it back worked again WITHOUT factory reset coz i have much important info in there. how can i make it?

ps this terrble issue should be fixed long time ago. i check soft updates via phone update function pereodicly but nothing found till now and phone still have the ability to lock forever!

Same just happened to me... didn't lock phone properly and must of been trying to unlock whilst in my pocket. now im locked out.. and same thing happens as everyone else doenst accept password or email... ADMIN REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Download SE PC Companion and try the repair option.

i DLed PC Companion yesterday , but i cannot use it becouse i need to "mount" phone to establish connection with PC (PC Companion tells the same thing), but i cannot mount phone becouse i have no access to mount function becouse phone is locked

2 days i cannot to use my phone. it seems to be fail of Sony Ericsson much more then android system, becouse no update for this crap

Can any admin tell how the hell to unblock phone?? it is funny no more

Try the update service found here: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/phones/topic/updateserviceapplication/xperiax10?cc=gb&lc=en

It wipes the phone and will remove the account log in page. You will however lose everything.

Your quite right - this is the first SE phone I've bought in nearly 4 years and I'm massively unimpressed. Should of kept my N900.

i have nothing against SE phones and i always found them high-quality and usefull devices. i like xperia much, but there are some things that should NOT be ignored include this kind of bug. it's not a minor bug, it's MAJOR one i believe

i too am having the same problem i have downloaded the service update to reset my phone however the update will not connect to my phone is there a solution to this?

hey!

update service program provide special step-by-step instruction that should be read and complete exact as it is. so make sure you do everything right (including turning off phone and holding button before switching on)

Download Sony Ericsson Update Service and select X10 and follow the on screen instructions.

I assumed its X10 you are holding .

Try the service centre, if you want to keep your data.

Otherwise, try the online phone update.

oh my godddddddddddd

will people please stop sayin "do the update" if your not blind you will read he cant do the update

i have the problem too but i cant do the update because my bottom right button doesnt work! i dont know why it dont work just maybe a faulty device. sony ericsson werent thinking straight when they designed the x10, maybe the designers were hung over.
