When will the Xperia E be able to update to android version - Jellybean 4.3?

There's an app which I want to download, which is 4.3, and it's for a FuelBand. So I don't want to buy the FuelBand until the update comes out, but I don't want to wait forever, does anybody have any idea when Sony will reaslese the 4.3/4.4 update?

I don't think xperia E will be getting the 4.3 or 4.4 update.
