    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Z1 Compact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I turn it on, it shows the language selection screen and asks me to insert a SIM Card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I insert the SIM card and the phone reboots, but looks like it doesnn't picks up the card because the SIM icon at the top has the red X and it does all over again (asking for the language and for the sim card to be inserted)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried with multiple SIM cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something I can do or is it definitly broken?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;JD Evora&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you have tried multiple SIM-cards and the problem persist it might be a fault with your device. I suggest that you contact nearset service center so a technician can examine your unit. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;how to proceed with this in the best possible way:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
