I accepted the system upgrade and now there is severe lag in accessing apps; also when I set the timer, it doesn't turn off without me turning off the screen and opening again; this is not what I am paying for.

Welcome to Android 4.3. Where the notification bar finally works under Stamina mode, and all the rest is broken.

Hello Meid, How would I know which version of Android I am running?

Also, I cannot open emails from the appropriate account, only in Combimed View, but I can't download emails directly into Combined View.

What are the supposed benefits ofthe upgrade? A new keyboard design? I wish I hadn't bothered

settings -> about phone in the last u will see android version with frimware number

It is Android 4.3. Can't see a frikmware number, but there is a kernel version number. |Is this relevant?
