This phone is awful!

Speakerphone is too quiet (even with volume settings to the max). I can not hear anything while speaking on the street. Its a real problem!

External speaker is also quiet, except playing music with walkman.

Regularly recurring reboots

I believe that in place of normal speakers Sony insert some kind of **bleep**, and they reduce volumes to avoid speaker wheezing.

Regarding the software issues I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

Regarding the sound issues it's hard for me to say if there's something wrong or if this is normal. If you visit a Sony retailer you should be able to compare to another device.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
