While charging the phone the touch is not responding well.touching any thing goes to double tap effect.is that a software issue or hardware?

It depends on what charger you are using and the output of the adapter.

With which of the chargers you have this problem?

One is the charger that came with the phone which has a usb connection and the other is a normal charger

Yes they both do double touch on charge so I cant even type a msg properly or make a selection correctly whilst charging
