&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using &lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;PC Companion.&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center.
