It was then it went under investigation then it was on the site that SP would not get it - Now it says under investigation http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-sp/

As far as I know there is nothing new about 4.4 update. I don't know how the update process works but if they are gonna build upon this firmware then I think we are sonycrewed.

Is there anyone who can really tell us what is REALLY happening with Xperia SP?

We heard that there was some reconsideration about KitKat. A hope SP will get what deserves..everything but this junk of JB 4.3 that destroyed good phone!

**bleep** u can see he ssid that personally he thinks that sp will receive 4.4 update with 60 % probability.
I think if sp users try more and want it from sony they will be forced to do something about it.

yes I do! but any other solution do you suggest? I think we should keep to be hopeful and want from sony that continue their support for SP Smart phone

I think you judged me wrong I don't want post spam or as you said "exaggerate" !!!! I just like all other SP owners want from sony to release a stable and bug free 4.4 kitkat as the have been said that they will do!

I remind everyone, that if asking for a solution does not make sony act, you can always resell your phone and buy another brand which will offer better service & product and let sony $$$ sink... it is our power & responsability as customers!
