Hello,

I would like to file a complaint for the way my phone was serviced. I tried both emails and phone calls to my local SonyMobile assistance, but as one may imagine I've been bounced around and I was NEVER put in touch with someone who's actually from Sony and/or in charge.

I'm not talking about Mr. Kunimasa Suzuki (although I'll send him a snail mail, if I keep bouncing around), I'd like to contact someone who's responsible for customer care and/or tech assistance. I think it's a very reasonable request, but somehow the guys who handle customer service for my country don't want to pass on this information. Could it be that they're outsourcers and they're afraid i'm spilling the beans on them?? Sure... but hey, I've got the right to complain!

If anybody knows a pan-european address where I can send my complaint, please... do share it!

If I call that number or send an e-mail to that address, I will be reaching Becker & Partner GmbH.... the outsourcer. Which is exactly what I want to complain about.

Hence I want to talk with someone from Sony. Because, honestly, I don't care who handles the service; the name on my phone is SONY. So, if I've got complaints, I think it's Sony that should receive those. How they handle them, is none of my business.

Maybe next time.... In the meantime I got a call from the product manager for my country. And we kinda reached an agreement. Thank you anywy.
