Mic is not working

Hi,

I have Sony Xperia Go and its handfree was working fine. Suddenly mic is stopped working. I checked it in service settings as well as in my laptop so I believe its a hardware problem. It just sounds when I press the button (button pressing sound not my voice).

It just happened when I pressed the handfree button first time. I never used this button and it almost more the 1.5 year :s

You can try to reinstall the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".

Thanks for your reply.

It was not software problem. I just cleaned the mic hole by needle and it worked.
