Anybody having issues playing nba gametime app? Video and audio glitches alot?

This seems to be an issue with the phone and the tablet. If you read the app reviews, you'll find that it is exclusive to the Z2 line. The app seems to be stuck in a fast forward mode (even in live), which makes any videos unwatchable.

I hope Sony will talk to the NBA team and their app developer to get this fixed. With the play-offs going on, the timing is very unfortunate as well

Its not only me, thankgod

They gotta fix it, i was so dissapointed last week,when i changed carriers and got new phone, they gotta fix it quick, i wanna watch game 4 of brooklyn heat series.

There are quite a few other problems with phone, including things people have brought up in these forums, incall speaker issues and sms sound levels hey

I hope more z2 owners that are nba fans make enough effort so that this issue will be addressed. I watch nba game recaps everyday b4 on my sgs2. This is a major bummer for me.

I got the same problem with an z2 in Germany. Dann I wanna watch Miami vs Pacers!

Nad22 make sure you leave feedback in play store, we need this fixed asap, gotta let developers know this problem

I'd additionally suggest to contact the support for the game time app: within the app you'll find the cogwheel on the top right, this will bring you to the settings menu. You'll find a send feedback button on the bottom of that page.

I do still hope Sony will step up and contact the development team. Is there anything the Sony team on this forum can do to start this process?

Yeah I am having the same issue as well. I emailed game time support alrady and still waiting for a fix.

My NBA gametime video seems to run smoothly now after I upgraded to the new firmware. Anyone else noticed?

That's great news, thanks for the information! Sadly the update isn't available here yet (Vodafone Ireland), but hopefully it'll arrive soon!

I've received the upgrade of the firmware now. It's good news instead: I have no problems on the first test runs. Back to the playoffs!

Great news Ashen81, i still dont have firmware update here in Australia on vodafone, ill tell ya when i do, hopefully its before finals
