I have liked this phone from day one but lately I'm finding it unusable. I receive constant complaints from friends and family regarding the poor volume from the microphone on my Xperia T. It passes muster when I check it with the Diagnostics App, but don't ask it to make an ordinary phonecall.

This phone's latest trick is to render Micro SD cards unusable, three in two weeks.

Would anyone here care to comment?

On/Off, software updates etc are not helping. Running the phone in Safe Mode doesn't help either.

Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing. I'd advice you to send in the phone to a repair center, as the issues still remain after a software repair. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Thanks Samuel. I have returned the phone for repair through my local agent, Meteor. They were skeptical about both problems so I am not very hopeful.
