Display Issue

i bought my sony z1 two weeks ago ..then the prolem flow away the cover turn to hot then i fount a steam on the camera the picture became too white no regular color .. and yesterday the display of the phone turn all blank and white i tired to restor it it to check if it a virus but no prob is solved then i read that the prob can solve if i press and hold the power button with the + volume bottun and feel the 3 vibrations and restart it but still nothing is change .. what should i dooo its still new

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If you get any response from the phone at all when you try to power it on then it would be worth trying a software repair:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

I followed the steps you mentioned. still nothing changed. The display is white and I can barely see the icons.
