    <description>&lt;P&gt;i bought my sony z1 two weeks ago ..then the prolem flow away the cover turn to hot then i fount a steam on the camera the picture became too white no regular color .. and yesterday the display of the phone turn all blank and white i tired to restor it it to check if it a virus but no prob is solved then i read that the prob can solve if i press and hold the power button with the + volume bottun and feel the 3 vibrations and restart it but still nothing is change .. what should i dooo its still new&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you get any response from the phone at all when you try to power it on then it would be worth trying a software repair:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. Download the PC Companion software from &lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and install it on your PC.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Phone Software Update.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Start.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Repair Phone&lt;BR /&gt;6. Continue&lt;BR /&gt;7. Accept data removal&lt;BR /&gt;8. Next&lt;BR /&gt;9. Wait for prepare&lt;BR /&gt;10. Select Phone&lt;BR /&gt;11. Follow the connection steps&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the steps you mentioned. still nothing changed. The display is white and I can barely see the icons.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
