power button!!??

Guys when i tried to press my power button for long time to get shutdown menu...it is not popping out....when i restart my phone it works for somehours and again it becomes non responsive!!! So im unable to shutdown my fone as welk as unable to take screen shot...

To enter into boot mode..i should press and hold power button for a menu to appear!!! In my case long holding of power button itself is the problem!! That power off and airplane mode menu is not showing up!!!How am i supposed to enter boot mode then??
