SW2 Firmware upgrade process stuck

After upgrading to the latest version of firmware (SmartWatch 2 SW2 v1.4.54) my smartwatch restarts and try to install firmware... but it stucks at latest seconds of it's installation progress.

What can I do then?

Press and hold power for more than 10 seconds then try to update your SW2 again

Thanks... but nothing happened... I did that a lot!

Press power for 15 seconds.... wait to completely turned off... then turn on... SONY logo appeared... then it stuck in update process

My watch fully charged now (I think!)

Is the part were you sync with your phone or before that ?

after you update your SW2, it will try to sync with your phone or tablet in this case, is that your issue, if you could post a picture of what you see on the SW2 after you try to install the update, it will be a lot easier to help you

How can I restore SW2 backups from dfu files?

I try to recover my broken SW2 with dfu-utils, but it returns this error:

Error: Only DfuSe file version 1.1a is supported

What can I do?

I was told by Polish Sony support to send my watch to them. Unfortunately it means, that I'm unable to use it for a month as this is the time service has to repair or replace the device.
I'm really disappointed that software update made so much harm and there is no possibility to plug sw2 to computer and restore default software at home...

I´m from México and I Have the same problem, I, read you And was incredible that I,ve to bring my watch to warranty for a Software upgrade. It´s a lot of waste time.

Whats your idea? Why there isn't any public software to fix this issue?
