Ear headset does not work
Headset works perfectly on other devices
But do not work on a Sony, is it possible to be a problem of settings?

Where I can find Sony care in London?

if its a 3 pin im sorry it's not gonna work hpefully thy fix it in future sofeware updates . only the 5 pin works noise cancelling earphones

What did you mean ( 3 pin ) ? -- I buy this smart phone five days ago when I open the phone the handset is work fine but now yesterday he doesn't work ...

ARE they noise canceling earphones?check the sound settings and select accessory
