Try settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data and go to retail mode and clear data for it also.

I bought a sony z2 few days back but when i click the power button a demo video autometicly start also when i plug the charger the demo video is automaticly start,what should i do???

Hi guys I finally found the solution for demo mode. If entering the combination of *#*#73556673#*#* don't work for You ( it was exactly same with Me) then try this option it helps Me and now my phone 📱 is fully functional. So install Kingo Root APK (Android version) it will root your device for you so you will have full control of your device. After you than this on your phone you will find the superuser icon. Open it and you have to find everything what it says RETAIL DEMO MODE THEN delete it and you are free no more demo mode. ( there will be 3 files wich you have to delete) hope you will be successful as I'm
