I cant connect my phone to my PC

Hello, Im Mark

I bought my phone (xperia z1) a month ago and my problem is, I now cant connect my phone to my pc, it is not detected by my PC. I have read the possible solutions about this problem. I go to the Device Manager and re-install my device, but when I just did that, I saw there's really a problem and this is what it say "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

what should be the sulotions about this problem?

Have you checked it in another laptop or Desktop ?

my sis xperia Z had the same issue did not work on her laptop but it worked in mine !

try another laptop or desktop
