Hi.

Today after job i came home, i took my Phone from my pocket. In Display i seen that it starting now.

I thought - wow, cool! maybe new Android comes. But when i entered new data I still did not know what awaits me...

so, it was a little sad story about how i lost ALL MY DATA from Phone... Internal storge is empty...

And now, i just want to ask Sony - how it happened? before my Phone was locked. The PIN must be entered for unlock...

Is it possible to find some logs about reseting device?

Do you mean a repair or software downgrade?

To perform a repair

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc

Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

i mean - my Phone did self reset to factory settings.

Now it works but all my data (photos, videos, contacts and etc are DELETED) And my question is WHY ???

Why Phone did reset without me???

Yesterday i saw that my phone lost SIM-card connections...I rebooted phone, and after loading my wallpaper changed !!! This wallpaper belonged my tablet-pc, which i formatted few days ago.

Why my phone was synchronized with Google? What happens ???
