Home Screen Resets to Default when connecting Xperia Z Tablet to charger

I just got my Xperia Z tablet (SGP321) and after updating it to Jelly Been which is far as it found updates, I started making some changes like adding apps to the home screen and screen saver timeout, etc... As soon as I plug it it to the micro usb charger, it starts playing a video (like an XPERIA Z ad) and I lose all my home screen changes.

1- This video makes charging extremely slow. I don't want it to appear every time I charge or the table goes to sleep.

2- I don't want to lose my home screen settings evry time I charge the tablet

Anyone faced this ? Anyone knows how to stop this ?

P.S Daydream is set to off so this is definitely not the issue.

You have Demo Mode enabled on your tablet, please try this to disable it:

1. Open the Contacts application.

2. If this is the first time that you open this app, tap Details beside Contacts Setup.

3. Tap the menu button (the three verticle dots) and then tap Settings.

4. Touch and hold the area highlighted for about five seconds, then release your finger.

5. If done successfully, you should see that the “Enter service code” box appears as below; If it doesn’t, give it another try. It can take a few tries.

6. Tap the Enter service code button to bring up the dialer, then enter *#*#73556673#*#* (*#*#sellmore#*#*).
