Hi I had the same problem after update of 4.3 now I've done a factory reset with full erase of internal memory. After this my battery life has improved but you need to be patients as your phones battery may need a week to sattle down. So I guess you may try for once to do the factory reset with full wipe of internal memory. Plz make sure you backup everything before doing this.

Thanks & good luck.

Hi,

I suggest that you charge your unit to 100% and then use it normally until you have 5-10% left on the battery. When you have 5-10%, go to Settings > Power management > Battery usage > Here you find a list of what have dragged battery since the last charge.

If you can't find anything abnormal here, I suggest that you check the following link:
http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/Battery-time-and-enhancement-features/m-p/347874
