problem when streaming after the software updates

Hey guys, i ran into a strange problems with my xperia m dual. I just updated the latest softwares such as: movie, album, and walkman. And everytime i'm streaming, be it with chrome or youtube application, it suddenly crashed and a message shows up "sorry this video cannot be played". Did anyone has experience the same problem as mine? Anybody knows how to fix it? I would be very thankful if anyone willing to help me

This could be related to the browser,not media apps.Did you try to clear data for chrome?

Hey there alexdon. I already tried to clear data for chrome, but apparently it doesn't fix the problem

By the way, i entounteres some problems to log in to xperia care too. I can't log in with my first account (the one that started this thread). So i end up creating another one. This is the same person. I'm sorry for the inconvinience
