Hi Support Team,

My sony xperia z1 not charging for the past three days but using USB i can able to access the data. Please guide how to fix the issue

Are you charging your phone through a computer or a wall charger? have you tested other USB cables? is this Sony's USB cable?

I have tried in different cables and different chargers. I can able to transfer the datas but not charging.
