hi i would like to know if my z1 compact is refurbished or not. i bought it from a 3rd party seller so i want know what step should i do to detect if refurbished or not. thanks

and i have another question, my friend have their 4.4.4 kitat update on their unit. why does my unit have only the 4.4.2 "14.3.a.0.757" update? we have the same unit and region
