XPERIA SP PROBLEMS

Dear SONY,

I am really disappointed of oyur phones especially because they aren't working right after 1 year! I am doing regular updates and software updates, I delete pictures and music regularly to keep free space that my phone is working faster.
But after some months apps aren't working anymore and the process is always interrupted! Neither the messenger nor the facebook app or walkman are working!

After a setup my phone needs 5 (!!!!) minutes to open a message!

I rather keep off my phone than waiting for everything to function, that's no fun at all.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
