could anybody post like from where I can buy in US / India ?

I want link like ebay or amazon from people who already purchased Z2 tablet with sim slot.

As I don't have any list of retailers in India I'd suggest that you contact a Sony retailer and see if they have or can order you a Xperia Z2 Tablet with sim slot. You could also contact your Local support.

It looks like the Z2 tablet is not yet available in India. (not yet officially, that is)
